In memory of Abi Olaniyi. 25 December 1993 - 25 October 2015

Born in the town of Dover on 25 December 1993, Opeoluwa Abiodun Olaniyi started her journey through life. She was the youngest daughter of Olalekan Olaniyi and his wife, Bukola Olaniyi.

Opeoluwa left home at the age of 18 to further her studies at the University of Bedfordshire, studying Social Work leaving with a 2:1. During this time Ope loved and learned, she gained and she lost; but she was always up to facing new challenges. She loved her role as a social worker and would often tell her friends and family about challenges she faced each day and how she would work to overcome them.

Opeoluwa was a vibrant young lady with a huge personality. She loved to dance and demonstrated this by joining the cheerleading team in University. Ope was a person with so much ambition and drive. Once she put her mind to something, she would always accomplish it. She was a go-getter! An example of this was when she wanted to buy her second car, which she wanted for a long time. She worked hard towards this and eventually achieved this goal, getting her Audi A1.

She would have graduated today, 19 November 2015.

We will miss you and your beautiful smile.

We love you Opeoluwa Abidodun Olamide Olaniyi
